Writing
the writer
Whether you have written 250 words or 75,000, the way you shuffle the words then lay them down to your satisfaction makes them uniquely yours. Sometimes they land recklessly on the page, until finally, you pick them up and play the game. No one knows the outcome until the end so, poker faced and exhausted you muster the determination to get to that end and win. And win you will because writing happens when you write, not when you think about writing.
A NOTE ABOUT ME.: Although I spent many years writing ad copy for retailers, my love has always been fiction and creative writing, particularly, the short story. I will be sharing excerpts and offering digital downloads from my short story sequence, “Where the Rain Ends” and my fantasy short story collection, “Four Rows In.” I am also in the process of writing and illustrating two children’s book series, The Paper Day and The Sagas of Snaky Marco, coming soon to Amazon.
Currently, comments are turned off because this site is under construction, so not all content and links are complete, but I look forward to hearing from you in the near future.
